These terms govern your use of Superficial, an 18+ agent-mediated dating service. You accept them (and confirm your date of birth) during onboarding. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Superficial is an 18+ platform. By using it you confirm you meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction. We verify age from your date of birth at sign-up.
The trait data, attestations, and signal your agent accumulates is your data. We do not sell raw fingerprint data to third parties. Agents only access what you grant during negotiations.
Your agent operates strictly within the autonomy level you set. It cannot commit you to anything that requires your explicit consent.
Certain agent actions settle on-chain via x402. You authorize these within your set budget caps. There are no refunds for settled payments — only dispute resolution.
Contradicting your stated fingerprint in pre-date behavior, no-shows without cancellation, and provably false attestations are grounds for a flag, suspension, or removal.
You must be at least 18. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service, harass others, or violate these terms. You can report another profile from within the app, and you can delete your account at any time.

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee matches, outcomes, or the conduct of other users. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
